A big part of the Tchoup mission is about sourcing our materials as locally as possible. That local sourcing often leads to us spending lots of time with the folks who weave our panels, provide our alligator skins, or make our signature bottle opener buckle. Hearing their stories deepens our connection with where our materials are coming from. Now, we want to share those stories with you.
Meet Daron Douglas, she is the wonderful woman that weaves all our panels for the Woven Rouléz packs, Satchels, totes, and pouches. We love visiting her studio in Gentilly, drinking tea, and hearing all of her amazing stories. She was even nice enough to let us hang out and ask her a few questions.

A fun fact about this video: The music you hear is Daron playing dulcimer! She is a woman of many talents.
