Returns and Exchanges


Unwanted items can be returned for refund, exchange or store credit on unused, qualifying items up to the first 30 days after purchase.

To return any items purchased from, please email and we will provide an address for shipping it back to us. 

Please include your order #, name, address, phone number, email address, the items being returned and why you are returning them on a note inside the package.

Refunds, exchanges or store credit cannot be processed until product is received at Tchoup Industries. Refunds will be processed in the original form of electronic or credit/debit payment. Please allow 5-7 business days to see your refund.

In-store returns cannot be processed without proof of purchase or receipt. No cash returns. Gift cards will be issued in lieu of cash.


To make an exchange, return your order using the address above and ATTN: Exchange. Simply place a new order on our website. Any applicable refunds for returns will not be processed until product is received at Tchoup Industries and will be processed in the original form of payment. Please allow between 5-7 business days to see your refund. Your new order will be processed when we receive the order.


It is your responsibility to pay for return shipping charges. We suggest using a shipment method with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items sent back without a tracking number. If your item is defective or you were sent the incorrect item, we will reimburse you for reasonable shipping charges. Please package your return inside a box. If it is returned to us damaged, we will not be able to reimburse you for the item. Any items sent back in used or unsellable condition will be sent back to the customer with no refund issued.
