This batch was hand dyed with either golden onion skin or indigo. The peach color was the result of over dying golden onion over our existing pink bandanas.
To commemorate our 10 year anniversary, we are bringing back a bandana design that celebrates seasonality and the constant of change.
The Sagittarius plant, a native to Louisiana swamps, is beautifully illustrated by Ursa Eyer. Each corner of the bandana highlights a different form that the Sagittaria takes - male flowers, female flowers, seed pods, and edible root tubers. The surrounding arrowhead shaped leaves gives off a feeling of celebration fit for our 10 year milestone.
This item now gives back to the Woodlands Conservancy - 10% profit from every sale is shared with this local wetland and woodland preservation and reforestation organization.
